Breakfast poor.

there were comfy beds and a multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area inside the room. it was reasonably large and bathroom was really good here. the staff was very helpful and amiable all the time.

The room was fine, but I faced long waits for service.

The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a safe area, very close to a very nice forest. The deluxe room with a temperature of 20-21 c, facilities worked for us.

Clean hotel, and the staff were amiable and very-very nice, location was amazing on the Bosphorus waterfront. The room was recently refurbished & reasonably spacious with the French "balcony " and Bosphorus view, for example. I had amazing days staying at this boutique property...

The view of the Bosphorus was fine. The breakfast was lovely, with fresh coffee and pastries enjoyed outside. The spacious room had an inviting decor that added to the cozy atmosphere.

My experience was marred by terrible service and negligence. On arrival, I was handed my room keys without any orientation or even a welcome. It was like they were just eager to get rid of me. I endured long waits for my breakfast, not included in my rate, along with insufficient assistant staff who struggled to meet basic requests. To make matters worse, the valet service was shocking-my car was damaged by an incompetent waiter who was not a trained driver.
