The hotel offers a charming experience with its
Quaint decor and friendly atmosphere. We loved the fine Bosphorus views from our room, though the hotel's location felt a bit isolated from the bustling tourist areas. The staff were eager to assist despite their limited English.

Great location in residential area, short walk to Istanbul, and the restaurant. Deluxe double room with a temperature of 20-21 C, Bosphorus view, the French " balcony "...
Breakfast poor.

Clean hotel, and the staff were amiable and very-very nice, location was amazing on the Bosphorus waterfront. The room was recently refurbished & reasonably spacious with the French "balcony " and Bosphorus view, for example. I had amazing days staying at this boutique property...

missingWrote a review on 01 Novterrible servicevalet negligence
My experience was marred by terrible service and negligence. On arrival, I was handed my room keys without any orientation or even a welcome. It was like they were just eager to get rid of me. I endured long waits for my breakfast, not included in my rate, along with insufficient assistant staff who struggled to meet basic requests. To make matters worse, the valet service was shocking-my car was damaged by an incompetent waiter who was not a trained driver.

Our room was elegant with a amazing view of the Bosphorus! The breakfast was good, set in the sun with fresh coffee and sweet rolls.
The staff struggled with English, leading to frustrating miscommunications, and the decor felt a bit outdated and lacked modern amenities.

The room featured charming decor and an exquisite view of the water. Breakfast, served with artisan bread and fresh fruit, was a standout experience enjoyed outside with a beautiful breeze. Communication issues arose with the staff at times, which hindered service. The hotel's location felt somewhat isolated from more vibrant areas, limiting exploration opportunities.
